We offer proactive support. Everyone can pick the phone and listen when there is a problem, but at 8AV we attempt to detect and repair issues before you even notice.
We do this with cutting edge software programming and hardware monitoring. Our Systems also allow us to securely and remotely connect to our software (without access to any other systems). We run monthly audits on all systems to check the health and any updates that are available. Every 6 months we attend site, clean hardware and complete a thorough MOT to ensure the products stay fast and efficient for their lifespan.
Of course we also offer the reactive on the phone fast call out for our clients, but do everything in our power to ensure you don't need it!
